Maxwell Dylan is a hired assassin who is blackmailed into going through Oscorp's Project: ELECTRO. He has wiring through his bones that allow him to conduct and fire electricity. After an accident caused by Spider-Man, his body becomes living energy.

v Before the accident, his ELECTRO Armor is comprised of a full black jumpsuit and pieces of dark grey armor on his arms, legs, chest, and chin. He also wears Grey armored gloves that regulate his powers.

v After the accident, Dylan is living electricity. He continues to wear the jumpsuit but with most of the chest armor off. Also, the new suit has two battery-like conductors on his back.

ARTIST NOTES:
v For Electro, I originally had plans to have him be a cross-species, with Dylan being a human/electric eel hybrid. But, I decided not too.

v Before the accident, he is seen wearing a green and yellow shirt, which is a reference to his comic counterpart's colors.

v The appearance before the accident is based on his 616-counterpart, human in appearance.

c After the accident, however, his appearance is similar to his Ultimate counterpart.

v My Electro prior to the accident is actually a cyborg, to a degree, caused by Oscorp tests.

v The suit is also based on a Tron suit.

c The test subject idea came from Sandman and Rhino from The Spectacular Spider-Man TV Show.

v My VERY original plans were him to be a tragic villain with an origin almost exact to Living Laser from Iron Man: Armored Adventures.
