Norman Osborn is the CEO and founder of Oscorp Technologies Inc., also known under the alias of the Goblin. He also uses Oscorp tattoos on his lackies, which incorporate microfibers that interface with the brain and act as a cunning mind control device.

v As the mob boss Goblin, Norman wears a dark green and purple Goblin mask, black t-shirt, black pants, a black belt, black combat boots, dark grey knee pads, a black jacket, and fingerless gloves. He also has a pistol holster strapped to the side of his leg.

v After he is transformed, Norman is completely turned into a green lizard/human hybrid with yellow eyes and scales. His suit is comprised of a black and dark-purple suit with dark grey chest pieces and a small orange pumpkin logo fastened to the breastplate, a utility belt, knee pads, and a Oscorp Tech dragon tattoo on his upper right arm.

v Yes, this Goblin is an actual transforming Goblin based on the Ultimate Spider-Man, but also based on Dr. Curt Connors, AKA The Lizard

c It is less based on the Ultimate comic Goblin, and more on his TV show Goblin

c The idea of the Lizard being the basis for Gobby comes from The Amazing Spider-Man movie. In the film, Dr. Ratha takes a vial of the lizard serum, stating "At least now we can formalize Oz." Oz, as in the cause of the origins of Spider-Man AND Green Goblin in Ultimate Marvel. That allowed me to formalize the conclusion that the Goblin will seem similar to the Lizard's appearance.

v This Goblin has less of a insanity problem or multiple personality order, and more of a superiority complex. He is not crazy but instead plans to take over the mob crime family. This is similar to Green Goblin in the TV show The Spectacular Spider-Man

v I originally planned to include Pumpkin Bombs, but decided against it because it doesn't make too much sense to me. What happens when he runs out? So instead, similar to his Ultimate counterpart, and is a pyrokinetic

v This Osborn does not go by GREEN Goblin

v Osborn, along with most of the cross-species, has an Oscorp nano-tech tattoo modeled after a tribal dragon tattoo. His tattoo is on his upper right arm. What makes his tattoo different though is it allows him to control his transformations into the Goblin
