BIO:
Waylon Jones is a cannibalistic serial killer. An infant born with the disfiguring skin disorder epidermolytic hyperkeratosis, Waylon's mother abandoned him in the sewers of Gotham City. As an adult, he files his front teeth into points to compliment the reptilian appearance of his skin and becomes a professional cage fighter.
Killer Croc goes on a killing spree that eventually lands him in Arkham Asylum. He was an early adversary of Batman.

BIO:
Drury Walker is one of the eight assassins who took place in the Christmas Eve Gotham Assassination Plot of 2007. He is dressed like a moth, and has duel personality disorder, believing himself to be a suitable Batman replacement.

BIO:
Jervis Tetch is an ally and right hand man of the Joker. A former pharmacist for the Vaughan's Cut Rate Drugs company in Gotham fired for luide behavior, he joined forces with the Joker to help synthesize his drug called Laughers.

* Killer croc is not an actual crocodile. Nuff said.
* My Killer Croc may or may not go into a monsterous form similar to how he is seen in Batmn: Gotham Knight
KILLER MOTH
* Killer Moth is a reletively overused, yet unknown character. So, I didn't really know how to bring him to life in the real world
** So, my version of KM is a psycho.
MAD HATTER
* Mad Hatter's appearence is based on The Hatter from Once Upon a Time played by Sebstian Stan
* While the original Hatter is a hypnotist, this one has a past in pharmisuticals and drug creation, allowing him to synthesize Laughers for the Joker
** Hatter also uses a hypnosis technology, attaching devices to the back of his 'victims' necks directly into the cerebral cortex. A similar device is attached to Tetch's neck allowing full control of his victims
** This information helps Batman realise how the mind-controlling creatures used by S'Tar-Ro work and how to defeat the villain during the Battle of New York in 2010
