The New Ultimates~~ Heroes of New York

An updated version of my Ultimates for my Marvel: Earth-Infinity.

Their first public appearance is in July 2016, 4 years after the first appearance of Spider-Man and 2 months after the thawing of WWII decorated Capt. Steven Rogers, with the help of Wakandian princess Azuri T'Challa. Since the New Warriors incident in 2013, the government agency S*H*I*E*L*D was tasked to creat the first goverment-sectioned team of heroes.

In June, New York was invaded by an alien species called the Skrulls. With the help of other heroes, the Ultimates were born. Their first team included:

* Steve Rogers, CODENAMED Captain America: WWII Captain in the present time and [SPOILER]'s grandfather

* Kevin Masterson, CODENAMED Thunderstrike: Scottish-born scientist endowed with Asgardian (one of the nine alien races) technology

* Carol Danvers, CODENAMED Ms. Marvel: S*H*I*E*L*D Operative and former Army-brat, infused with Captain America's blood

* Clint Barton, CODENAMED Hawkeye: Ex-S*H*I*E*L*D agent and professional sniper, who has a profound accuracy with a bow and arrow

* Antonio Stark, CODENAMED Iron Man: Owner of Stark Industries who can change his body composition into an organic steel

* Pietro Maximoff, CODENAMED Quicksilver: Xavier High incident-caused mutant with the ability of super speed, and brother of Witchcraft

* Wanda Maximoff, CODENAMED Witchcraft: Xavier High incident-caused mutant with the ability of probability manipulation, and sister of Quicksilver

After the battle of 2016, the truth came to light: humans were only one of nine ancient alien species. To protect the earth from other alien and mutant threats, the team recruited new heroes, including:

* Hank Pym, CODENAMED Goliath: Scientist who used his mutant wife's blood to increase and decrease his own size

* Janet van Dyne, CODENAMED Wasp: Wife of Hank Pym who could increase and decrease her own size, and shoot electric bolts

* Azuri T'Challa, CODENAMED Black Panther: Wakandian princess with enhanced reflexes and a vibranium-laced suit

* Samuel Wilson, CODENAMED Falcon: Explorer, adventurer, and *S*H*I*E*L*D operative who uses a backpack with high-tech folding wings

* Rick Jones, CODENAMED Nova: Teenager from Queens who was given with the ability to control cosmic energy as Uatu the Watcher's herold

Even Spider-Man himself joined the heroes' ranks, and the team became one of the most known mutant teams in history, until most of the heroes were killed in the attack of the...

*In my universe, S*H*I*E*L*D stands for the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Department.

* Skrulls are based off of the comic book Skrulls, who, like their comic book counterparts, can shape shift.

** Skrulls are one of the nine ancient races of the galaxy

** The nine races are a combination of the most well known alien races in the comics, and the nine realms (obvious if you know Thor)

*The uniform of the Captain is more modern, based of U.S. Agent's uniform

*Unlike the comic's Captain, who always seems like he is stuck in the past, my version is a futurist and graciously accepts new technology

** Because of this, Captain uses a vibranium-powered kinetic photon shield in the present

** This is also why Steve accepted to be used for Project: REBIRTH in the first time; not only because he wanted to help fight the Nazis, but he wanted to influence the future

* Who he is related to will be revealed in due time

*The Asgradians are one of the ancient alien races, who reside on Saturn's moon, Tethys (known to them in their language as "Asgard")

*Asgardians are also known as Roswell Greys, and have a short stature and grey skin

*In the comics, Kevin Masterson is the second person to use the Thunderstrike persona. He is the son of the first Thunderstrike, Eric Masterson

** I choose Thunderstrike instead of the classic Thor because 1) my version of Thor is a legit alien, and 2) I don't like the idea that the Avengers are a group of a bunch of humans and superhumans, and a F***ING GOD.

* He has two Asgardian marks, one on his right abdomen of the phrase "Colonel", and the second on his left upper chest, which is known as a Bifrost Key

** When combined with a piece of tech called a Power Medalion (which also transforms into their personal weapons), he can teleport himself to a The Blue Area of the Moon (an Asgardian colony on Earth's moon)

*Firstly, (for people who know her origins) the Kree DO exist as one of the nine ancient races, but Carol does not have ANY ties whatsoever to them.

** The Kree are physically based off the Na'vi from Avatar, and come from the moon Titania of Uranus (known as Alfeim)

** In terms of the nine realms, the Kree are combined with the Alfheim, or Light Elves

*My version of Ms. Marvel was a high-ranking S*H*I*E*L*D operative who worked with Capt. Steven Rogers one month after his revival

** Their squad went under fire, and Agent Danvers was almost killed by gunfire. To save her life, Rogers gave her an emergency blood transfusion.

** This accidentally caused her X-Gene to become tampered, or "activated", giving her super strength, speed, stamina, and a healing factor

*My version of Hawkeye is very similar to most versions

*He is an ex-S*H*I*E*L*D operative who quit due to a misunderstanding between him and Director Nick Fury

** Clint, in this version, is a perfect bullseye with any object, from a bow to sniper gun to throwing knives

** Clint was also trained at a young age by a French contract killer and carnie Jacques Duquesne, also known as the Swordsman, who ended up having a falling out and Clint left Jacques for dead

** Swordsman was later recruited by a man named Gunnar Golmen to join his liberators to destroy the Ultimates, a project called the Masters of Evil...

*My original plan was to have Clint join the Ultimates under his moniker of Ronin, but I liked the original name Hawkeye.

* His real name is Antonio Stark, which is based off of Ultimate Comics.

* Oh yeah, he also has NO ARMORED SUIT! Lol

** My version accidentally gained the ability to turn his body into an organic steel-like material, not unlike Colossus. This happened while on a plane over Afghanistan, and it was shot down by terrorists working for a man known only as the Mandarin. He could turn this power on and off at will, however shrapnel was impaled into his chest, close to stabbing his heart.

**However, his body couldn't handle the stress of his powers; so he built a device that not only fueled an electromagnet, keeping the shrapnel away from his heart, but also being able to give his adrenaline a "kick", giving him super strength and endurance.

*When he was rescued, he invested his chestplate and helmet.

QUICKSILVER and WITCHCRAFT:

* I decided to give Wanda a new moniker, and after much though, I solidified myself on "Witchcraft" because it has major ties to her powers and also follows my X-Men naming rule (instead of a codename being one name [i.e. Magneto or Jubilee], names should be two names combined [i.e. Lodestar or Firework])

*These two are twins; however, neither of them are related to any version of Magneto. They were normal kids affected during the Xavier High School incident of 2013

**They Xavier High incident is a major plot point in Marvel: Earth-Infinity, and will be revealed later

**However, my version of Magneto, Lodestar, real name Enrique Magnus, does have a son named Peter in the future who is a member of the future X-Force (During a time similar to Days of Future Past) who uses the moniker Quicksilver in tribute to Pietro.

*Pietro and Wanda are both Omega Level mutants (god-like powers)

* I switched out Spider-Woman with Nova, who is Rick Jones

** Rick is based on both the 616 and the Ultimate Jones (616 because the incident with gamma bomb, while Ultimate because of Uatu choosing him as his herald)
